Car Impound or Goat Farm?
Last week my car got towed because I allegedly parked on a no parking area somewhere in the Santo Nino area. I found out that it was placed in probably the worst impound area in the world.
The impound was dirty and smelly. There were goats, goat feces, mud and grass all around the place. The guard and the officers in charge of the place don't care if the goats walk and put scratches and dung all over your car, I even think they enjoy it.
