Balamban is a 1st class municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. It is located about 64 kilometers from Cebu City and as easily accesible by good roads that are part of the transcentral highway. Part of its growing economy can be attributed to Tsuneishi Heavy Industries -- a leading shipbuilding and ship repair company.
