Santander is a 5th class municipality in the southern tip of the province of Cebu, Philippines. It has white sand beaches, fine resorts and cottages equipped with diving facilities and hotel-like amenities. Santander is popular for its Annual Tostado Festival where they showcase their famous "Tostado" and other delicacies.
