Dumanjug is a 4th class municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. Trading is generally a strong factor in the development of the municipality. It is also one of the prime producers and a transshipment point of livestock products in the Southwestern Cebu since it is a gateway to and from the Southeastern part of Negros Oriental.

Most of the people in Dumanjug are engaged in producing bakery products and vehicle assembly, as well as trading crops, rice, fish, corn, vegetables and other dry goods.
